Postage and Handling

Prices are Australia wide. We predominantly use Australia Post’s eParcel service to ensure your parcel gets there in the best time, and secured with a signature!

  • Automatic shipping rates apply for all orders under $200.
  • Free for all orders over $200* that do not include bulky items such as rugs, saddles, jinker equipment and selected stable tools etc.

*Please note there is a surcharge of $10 for any order that includes bulky items. There is also an incremental charge for subsequent bulky items of $3 per item for 2 or more bulky items. Bulky items consists of rugs, saddles and selected stable tools.

Please note: Jinker Carts do not fall under any freight free threshold or the $10 bulky shipping charge. The freight costs for Jinker Carts will be calculated at checkout depending on shipping address location. 

Availability

As well-stocked as we are, some items end up even more popular than we anticipated. It happens! Rarely is an item listed in stock that is not.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days however during busy periods this can take up to 5 business days. 

Stock levels can naturally change without notice. Some customers buy big!

Delivery Policy

You will receive an order confirmation via email once you have placed your order.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days however during busy periods this can take up to 5 business days. 

Your order is delivered through Australia Post (unless bulky) and delivery times will vary from state to state but generally within 7 days.

When will my order ship?

In most cases if you place your order prior to 12pm, your order will be dispatch the following business day. However, on occasion when we have busy sale periods, order may take up to 3 business days to dispatch.

Can I get express shipping?

Of course! An express shipping option is offered at checkout if you would like to get your order in your hands a little sooner.

Can I exchange if I have the wrong size?

Yes, we are happy to exchange items if you need a different size, as long as it aligns with our returns policy which can be viewed here!

Once we have received the item and checked the condition, we will contact you to arrange the new size.

Please note: The return shipping and shipping on the replacement item will need to be paid by the customer.

How do I track my order?

When we have shipped your order, you will have received an email to the email address you provided with the tracking details. If you check this email and the tracking details, you can view the journey of your parcel.
