Items can be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order.
Postage to Goodwoods Saddlery for an exchange or refund to be paid by the customer.
The return postage fee of $16.95 for an exchange to be paid by the customer.
The products must be in original condition with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
The products must be clean, unworn and not used.
Complete the below Return/Exchange Form providing all the requested information to ensure a speedy review.
A copy of the Goodwoods Tax Invoice must accompany the goods being returned.

Can I return a sale item?
Sale items can be returned within 28 days of the order for a refund or exchange.
How do I return a faulty item?
We are very sorry if you have received a faulty item. If this is the case, please call our Customer Service Team on 1800 822587 between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and we can assist with arranging an exchange. If the items is out of stock our Customer Service Team can recommend a similar alternative or offer a refund.
Please include a copy of the Goodwoods Tax Invoice in the return parcel.
